Plumbed indoor washrooms, wheelchair accessible buildings, guest parking, and waste removal are all included as standard.

New* Micro Wedding Package
Available August 29 & September 12, 2026
Best for:
Couples who want a real ceremony without the full production — just the vows and time for photos with the people who matter most. This short and sweet booking allows you to split the cost of your wedding with other couples - without even knowing they're there.
What you get:
A 2-hour time slot (11am-1pm, 2pm-4pm, or 6pm-8pm) on the Lakeview Ceremony Deck and Owl's Nest Patio. Setup includes tables, chairs, arch, and backdrop, plus use of our sound system for music, ceremony, and a short reception toast.
What's not included:
Bar fee still applies. You'll need to provide your own alcohol and liquor license should you want to serve alcohol. Officiant, photography and catering are arranged separately.
$1,500 + GST, up to 50 guests
Summer Group Camping Special

Best for:
Groups looking to celebrate & camp together. Stags & stagettes, birthdays, anniversaries & family reunions.
What you get:
From Saturday at 12pm - Sunday at 12pm, you'll get a full 24 hours to camp together. You'll get access to our dry camping grounds and 2 serviced sites. While you're there, enjoy the Owl's Nest patio deck for a covered lake view and plumbed indoor washrooms with an outdoor shower. Try out our lawn games & enjoy use of our fire pits.
What's not included:
Access to the Bridal Suite or Groom's Den.
$2,500 + GST, up to 30 guests

Single Day Wedding
& Events
Best for:
Couples and hosts who want a beautiful, stress-free celebration surrounded by nature — weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries and more.
Friday or Saturday.
What you get:
Full access to the Owl’s Nest Hall & Patio, ceremony site of your choice, bridal suite, and 160 acres of lakeside and prairie views - all in one relaxed setting.

Mini Elopement & Intimate Events
Best for:
Perfect for pop up weddings, elopements, engagement parties, baby showers, and celebrations of life with up to 50 guests.

What you get:
A four-hour event window with time for you to setup and teardown, full use of the Owl’s Nest Hall & Patio, & access to the property.

Bar Service
We offer simple, guest-friendly bar service styles to fit your celebration.
The Dry Bar - $10.50 per person
Soft drinks, juices, water + one powdered beverage (iced tea/lemonade) with ice, garnishes, coffee & tea, drinkware included
The Full Bar - $13.75 per person
Same as Dry Bar + alcohol service. We open & place your wine at tables before dinner
Must provide own alcohol & liquor license
Packages include two bartenders & 10% gratuity
Faq's
Are you an Indoor or Outdoor Wedding & Event Venue?
Labyrinth Lake Lodge is an indoor/outdoor wedding and event venue, southeast of the Edmonton International Airport. Most wedding ceremonies take place outside by the lake or on our lakeview deck, attached to the Bridal Suite. Our Owl’s Nest Patio is typically used for wedding receptions and other events, and can be enclosed with clear vinyl curtains and is a beautiful weather-safe option in case of poor weather. The Owl's Nest Hall can also be used as a backup in case of poor weather.
What is your venue capacity?
The Owl’s Nest Patio can fit 150 people comfortably. We also welcome intimate celebrations at Labyrinth Lake Lodge and have packages for weddings and events with up to 50 guests.

We offer wedding & event packages ranging from $2900 - $12,500 depending on the number of guests and your length of stay and we’re happy to customize special packages for you.

Is their lodging or camping available on site?
Yes! We can comfortably host your guests who wish to camp on site. We have ample space for RV + Tent camping, complete with lake views. With the weekend package, you can stay overnight in the Bridal Suite + Groom’s Quarters or you can add this on to any single day package.
Do you offer Micro Wedding Packages?
We do!
Our Micro Wedding is available Saturday, August 29 & September 12, 2026 only: a 2-hour slot on the Lakeview Ceremony Deck and Owl's Nest Patio, fully set up for your ceremony, photos, and a short toast. $1,500 for up to 50 guests.
Our Mini Elopement & Intimate Events package runs Sunday-Thursday: a 4-hour window (2 hours to set up, 2 hours to tear down) with full use of the Owl's Nest Hall & Patio. $2,900 for up to 50 guests.
Can we bring our own caterers?
Yes, outside caterers are welcome, and they'll have access to our prep area inside the Hall. If you'd like us to organize catering, please email for more information.
Do you require preferred vendors?
No. You're welcome to choose the vendors that best fit your day. We can provide recommendations if you would like them.
Do you supply alcohol?
No, but we do provide the bar tenders that are included in our Bar Packages.
You must supply your own alcohol and AGLC license.
Do you offer group camping packages?
Yes! Our Group Camping package at Labyrinth Lake Lodge is available on any remaining 2026 date, southeast of Edmonton International Airport in Gwynne, Alberta.
It's a 24-hour booking from Saturday 12pm to Sunday 12pm for up to 30 guests, with access to our dry camping grounds, 2 serviced sites, the Owl's Nest patio deck, plumbed indoor washrooms with an outdoor shower, lawn games, and fire pits.
It's perfect for stag & stagettes, family reunions, birthdays, and anniversaries. $2,500 + GST per booking.
